Cursed Turnover T-Shirt

I’ve loved That’s Good Sports for years and finally had the opportunity to buy from Benchwarmer shop around the middle of August. I ordered two Cursed Logo t-shirts and hoped to receive them for my wife’s birthday a week later or at worst opening day the week after that. They offered shipping tracking through the Shopify app which I downloaded but started to get concerned when a week went by and the app didn’t show any updates on the order.
I emailed customer service who quickly responded that the shirts were made to order and take 5-10 business days before they ship. Now this is fine but I really wish this information was disclosed before purchase.
